Great entertainment! The rooms are basic but good if you aren't planning to stay long in the room. I think they should take care of the roach problem they have. We came across 3 of them during our stay. For an all inclusive hotel the food availability was very disappointing. You have to line up for ages and to get into the restaurants was almost impossible.

The noise in the hotel at night is intense. The hotel is definitely not a relaxing place at all. Probably great for young people who like to party but not good for mature guests who are there to relax. Beginning by giving us a room that did not correspond, we paid for one with a view of the sea and they gave us an opposite one.

The fridge in the room did not work, we reported it the first day and the next and it was never repaired, as well as the light in the bathroom that did not work.

And finally they do not have good predispocicion to solve anything. I would never recommend this hotel.

They should put more bottles of water in the rooms, this resort is definitely a good place for young adults to hang out. We spend a great deal of time waiting in this hotel The service was friendly but extremely slow. The room was ok with a nice ocean view. The food, however, was really poor and not enjoyable at all. Considering the amount we paid for our stay we are somewhat disappointed. I took pictures! My daughter got food poisoning when there and had to see a doctor!

The on site doctor was wonderful but spoke limited English. The rooms we were connected to were very loud. One had crying children and one had people that were up partying all night. We had many documented conversations with the conseiar! Hi, for the amount of money I paid i would of expect a lot more. First the rooms are really outdated and not good. Since is outdated a lot of stuff has cracks or repairs that are very visible.

The bathroom shower was very disappointing at it seems dirty. Leaving the balcony door open made all the tile floor wet and slippery. I ask for a room with a king size bed and got two small beds instead. The pools are nice. The restaurants were a disappointing. As food being serve seemed plain, boring, no flavor and just lack of presents.

For the drinks the lines where big so made it not worth it to get a water down margarita or whatever your asking for. Overall this placed suck! Not worth it at all. Some of those rooms smelled really bad all the way to the hallway. Do not order room service, not worth it.

Some of the restaurants are really nice with friendly and very antentive staff. This place is good if you want to party with your college friends. Had paid for all inclusive, only had options of 5 restaurants that served the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. Do not bother!!!! Mexico Hotels.
